Milan Klus pursued an undergraduate study programme (B.A.) in Health Management with majors in corporate health management, health psychology and concept and strategies for health promotion at the German University of Applied Science for Prevention and Health Management in Cologne between 2011 and 2014.

Since mid-2014, Klus is a postgraduate student in Management Consulting with focus on Business Process Reengineering Advising, International Management, Organizational Change, Innovation Management and Strategy- and Personnel Advisory at Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg in cooperation with the University of Applied Science Emden/Leer.

Besides his studies, Milan Klus has gained several years of professional experience. He currently works as a student consultant and is employed as a tutor at the chair of economics and business administration at the University Oldenburg.
